THOMAS BANNER joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2009, and assists with all aspects of the firm’s real estate, business and litigation practices. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Banner worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the First Judicial District (Santa Fe, Los Alamos and Rio‘ Arriba counties) from 2007 until 2009.

Mr. Banner is admitted to practice law in the State of New Mexico, before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico, and in the courts of the District of Columbia. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association, the New Mexico Bar, and the District of Columbia Bar.

Thomas Banner was born in Washington, D.C. He was awarded a Bachelor of Art in History from the University of Missouri, and a Juris Doctor from University of Baltimore School of Law.

Outside of the office, Mr. Banner enjoys volunteering with the Santa Fe County Teen Court Program which offers teens convicted of a traffic or misdemeanor offense with alternative sentencing options including community service, counseling and crime prevention education.
