THOMAS BANNER has represented public and private sector interests before judges, juries and administrative tribunals throughout New Mexico. He began his career as a criminal prosecutor in Northern New Mexico, he has litigated utility regulatory matters at the Public Regulation Commission, and most recently he served as general counsel at the New Mexico Medical Board prosecuting licensure and disciplinary matters. In private practice, Mr. Banner has experience assisting individuals and businesses with a wide range of concerns related to real estate, employee-employer agreements, the creation and enforcement of business contracts, trusts and estates, and health care law matters.
